Private Money Lender
If you have read any of the articles on my blog, you are probably aware that I am a real estate investor and an entrepreneur. Opportunities are out there and I am taking advantage of them everyday. In order to continue to invest, I need capital. I often borrow from banks, but prefer to work with private lenders. Private lenders are people who have money sitting in their savings account, CDs, IRAs, HELOCs or the stock market. I prefer to work with private lenders as it is much easier than working with banks and I can often offer private lenders a better return as compared to where their money is currently sitting. Partner on a Deal
Do you have a great deal but need someone to bring the funds or help work through the deal with you? I have access to private investors, as well as experience investing in single family houses, multi-family houses and mixed use properties. I can work with you on your deal and split the profits. As a wise man once said , “I would rather get 50% of a deal than 100% of no deal”. Partnering is a great way to reduce your risk, add someone with skills that you may lack and get your first deal completed.
