I’m excited to announce that a co-worker and myself will be presenting at IBM Innovate 2013 in Orlando. The conference runs from June 2nd – 6th and contains a ton of different sessions. Our session is titled “Paychex Case Study: Successfully Deploying a Jazz ALM Solution to In-flight Projects with Minimal Disruption and Immediate Benefits.” Basically, we will be walking through how we have implemented components of the Jazz ALM suite (Rational Team Concert & Rational Requirements Manager) to all of our existing and new projects, which contain a mix of traditional waterfall, scrum and water-scrum-fall.
